These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Elite Window Tinting & Paint Protection's ("Tint My Tesla") services, website, and facilities. By scheduling an appointment, purchasing our services, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Provided

Window Tinting Services

We provide professional automotive window tinting services including:

• XPEL ceramic window tint installation
• Tesla-specific tinting packages (Model 3, Y, S, X, Cybertruck)
• Paint protection film installation
• Tint removal and replacement services
• Warranty services for XPEL products

Service Standards

• All installations are performed by certified technicians
• We use only genuine XPEL products unless otherwise specified
• Services are performed at our facility during business hours
• Installation times vary by vehicle and service complexity

Scheduling and Appointments

Appointment Booking

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance
• A valid contact number and email are required
• Vehicle information must be accurate to ensure proper service
• We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or legal reasons

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee
• No-shows may be charged a cancellation fee of $50
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather or emergencies

Pricing and Payment

Payment Terms

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, credit cards, and approved financing
• Sales tax will be added where applicable
• Custom quotes are valid for 30 days

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final once installation begins. Warranty claims are handled separately according to manufacturer guidelines.

Warranties and Guarantees

XPEL Warranty

• XPEL ceramic tints come with a lifetime warranty against fading, peeling, and bubbling
• Warranty is transferable with proper documentation
• Warranty covers product defects, not damage from accidents or abuse
• Professional removal and reinstallation required for warranty claims

Installation Guarantee

We guarantee our installation work for the life of the product. If any installation defects occur, we will correct them at no charge.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle information when booking
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Remove personal items from vehicle before service
• Follow all post-installation care instructions
• Report any issues within 30 days of installation

Liability Limitations

Service Liability

While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to vehicles
• Items left in vehicles
• Damage resulting from customer negligence
• Issues arising from improper post-installation care
• Consequential or indirect damages

Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Legal Compliance

• All tinting services comply with Oklahoma state laws
• Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance in other states
• We reserve the right to refuse illegal tint requests
• Medical exemptions require proper documentation

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.
